Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 11, 2023

1. Refund Eligibility

At The Ferro Foundation we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our supporters. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund for sponsorships, foursomes, or other event-related purchases. This Refund Policy outlines our refund procedures and eligibility criteria specific to our golf outings and events.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the event that The Ferro Foundation cancels or reschedules a golf outing or event, you will be entitled to a full refund of your sponsorship, foursome, or ticket purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes in a timely manner.

3. Participant Substitution

If you are unable to attend a golf outing or event for any reason, you may substitute another participant in your place. Please inform us of any participant substitutions in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.

4. Refund Requests for Personal Reasons

If you wish to request a refund for personal reasons (e.g., changes in schedule, travel complications), the following guidelines apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ferrofoundation.org no later than 30 days before the event date.
  • Refunds will be processed, minus a processing fee, to cover administrative costs associated with your registration.
  • Refund requests received after the specified deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Event No-Show

If you do not attend a golf outing or event without prior notice or fail to provide a participant substitution, no refunds will be issued.

6. Donations and Charitable Contributions

Please note that any portion of your sponsorship or ticket purchase that is designated as a charitable contribution may not be eligible for a refund. We will make every effort to refund the non-charitable portion of your purchase.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your refund request.
